You can have several Bots. Give each a name and a one-line job, the way you’d brief a person. Here are four everyday ones.
Inbox Pat
Triages email, drafts replies, never hits send without you.
Scout
Researches a purchase or a trip and comes back with a one-pager.
Errand Bot
Compares prices, fills carts, and stops before checkout.
Chief
Assigns work to the others and gives you a morning briefing.
They can talk to each other
Put them in a group chat and they pass work along, so you are not the copy-paste middleman. You set the job. They hand pieces to the right teammate. You only get pinged when a human has to say yes.
